Am I missing something or is there no 3-4 formations?

Check the defensive style of your head coach; he may be a 4-3 coach. You would need to sign a 3-4 defensive style head coach to get 3-4 plays.

Oh ok.... My OC and most of my other coaches are 3-4 but yeah my head coach is 4-3 I get it now... thanks.
