Does salary affect gameplay ?

That's what I was wondering...

Will a player with a low salary be more "nonchalant" ? Will a player with a high salary play at his best ?

If they sign the contract they are offered they should play to their potential. If this is a determining factor.

No, salary is not a factor with performance.
