If you are interested. I would pay to create a league just like you created With your GM league, same rules, etc. Co-admin the league with you. Only thing I would request to change is inviting players with 1 year of playing time or more. Nothing against new players. New players are hit or miss especially in an allocation draft league. I would prefer an established player league. You could dedicate more of your time to your stat, awards aspect of the game and then just participate In the admin aspect as much as you wanted. Just mull over the offer and get back to me. I’m in no rush.

Another GM type league sounds great. If you create it and admin it....I would be willing to join, help and recruit in all my leagues for it.

I dont think I can handle running another league and I'm growing tired of the exploits some owners not only can't win without but attempt to justify as legimate.

I think everyone initially joined to play an NFL style football sim where they can GM a team. It's turned into a how to beat the sim game without any resemblance to real football. It's a roster full of 198 pound WRs and CBs that dominates now.

Your private message is turned off. I’m with you on the beat the sim arcade game mentality. I rally think the beat the sim arcade game mentality is killing MFN. I apologize, but I dropped out of no holds barred. I’m looking to quit a few more leagues, just because of the arcade sim mentality, and unless I allocate draft a team, it takes forever to get a team where I enjoy playing with them.

Suggestion, take your weights and rules from your GM game. Keep it standard NFL teams. The one thing I see that would enhance your original idea, is players have to have at least a year of playing under their belt to join. I appreciate newbies, but if they draft, or trade like a newbie in a league of vets, that player and team is toast. Once a team is in zombie mode nobody wants to take the numerous seasons to eventually get a winning team. I really want to now who is coming into the league, vouch for them, etc. I want dedicated five + season players. If we can’t launch the league for weeks, waiting to get he right mix of players so, be it! I want rivalries built up, friendly trash talk, as real as a NFL league you can get. We both are aware of the players that are the beat the sim guys. They are good at what they do and they have great records. I want one honest to god league, no cheats or scams. You are phenomenal at the extras, stats, player news, team news, communication. If I start the league, I would like your G write ups. Inform players are goals and that entry into the league is a mock resume hiring. If players play along, I might buy a trophy that can be shipped to the winner.

I have never started a league, can I give you joint Admin access? I think I also, might want a panel of owners that vote on actions, sanctions, etc. I’m good at the enforcement, and I want the rules stuck too. I would have no issues with calling someone out who cheats, putting it to a vote and potentially banning them. Just like in the NCAA. Your found guilty you forfeit the game or season. Can you penalize a team by taking fines or draft picks?

When you create a league...you have the option to either let anyone join or require ownership approval.

No, just one league admin.

No penalties other then instant removal and you can void any trade.

Whenever you are ready....create the league....name it and announce it with a forum post stating the concept.
