reporter = Coach Robert Jensen some quick questions .
Jensen = yes

reporter = knowing you beat Washington by 21 points what do you make of it??
Jensen = nothing really we beat them by 21 points last year 52-31 and we didn't make the playoffs.

reporter = knowing you have been Dallas' coach since 2014 , this team has NEVER made the playoffs and the best record this team has been able to get is 7-9 what do you make of that?
Jensen = First let me say it is our first game so really talk about playoffs is premature. Second this whole organization wants it to be this year we make the playoffs because quite frankly it sucks we haven't tasted the playoffs. thirdly the past 6 years even though we haven't been able to get to the playoffs we always felt we could do it but something was always in our way either be a division opponent yes we are looking at you NY Giants or injuries yes we are looking at you Frederick Ervin your our QB and you have been injuried 3 times in your career if you keep it up with those injuries and going to the hospital for them we are going to have to start calling the hospital " THE FREDERICK ERVIN Hospital Wing "

reporter = knowing NY Giants are your next opponent if you were to win that game would you start thinking playoffs and maybe it was a upset to beat the 4 time division champ??
Jensen = heck the only way I would say PLAYOFFS around these parts is if we were to either sweep 3 of our division opponents which doesn't matter which 3 or that we actually had that notification we are going to the playoffs where we can sell TICKETs to the game. really it wouldn't be a upset if we beat them only way it would be a upset is 2 things = 1. we beat them so bad it goes down in the history books as the biggest beatdown EVER in recorded history and 2. that if we were to be beat them twice and win the division instead of them doing it then yes I would say it is a upset.

reporter = considering we have talked about Washington and NY lets talk about Philadelphia knowing they beat San Francisco by the score of 6-3 what do you make of that??
Jensen = that Philadelphia I would say is the TEAM to beat in our division or most likely to win the division if I was picking a team to win it. And I say that because with a score like that that means either 2 things 1= they haven't been able to get a offense to worry about which could work in their favor come games against their division opponents or I really hate to say this but here goes 2 = their defense is one of the best defenses in this national league so you can forget scoring touchdowns on them that it is going to come down to field position and you kicking field goals to win the games against them.

Reporter = one last question out of all 16 games which game really surprised you??
Jensen = out of all 16 games the game that surprised me was the New England beat down they gave Seattle which was 68-21 . I mean come on Seattle if you want to beat the big boys you have to beat a team like that not saying you have to win by a big margin . I say that because New England has been a 6 time division champ which they probably have more division titles then all the rest of the teams and quite frankly scared for your sake because you all have to face Chicago which has been to the Super Bowl 3 years in a row in your 3rd game so you all better get your problems solved and adjust accordingly to what NEW ENGLAND did to you or ELSE someone should wave the white FLAG in that game because it could get UGLY in a hurry and your season could get UGLY in a hurry if you don't beat 2 top notch contenders unless of course you just decide to trade half or most of your team to others to get your team better in every position or at least close to that.
