as the title of the thread says Dallas got their 3rd win in their 6th game of the season against the St. Louis Rams by score of 34 - 27 .

reporter = Coach Robert Jensen some quick questions .
Jensen = yes

reporter = knowing you beat the St. Louis Rams by 7 points what do you have to say about that??
Jensen = oh man oh man we should have not been in that position in the first place because we had 15 drives and 8 of those 15 drives ended in a turnover either they were punts which 6 of them were or they were interceptions which 2 of them were. Sure we had 4 touchdowns and 2 field goals in the game but it was like we had to make the game a contest to see if we were going to win or lose it. If we only had scored on 1 of those 8 drives we turned the ball over on this game would have not be in doubt for us.

reporter = lets talk about the New York Giants who beat Oakland Raiders by the score 24 - 21 which gives them a 2 game winning streak what do you have to say about that??
Jensen = see that's why I was worried about those Giants in that they will go on a winning streak to pass us on their way to first place and win the division in doing so.

reporter = lets talk about the Philadelphia Eagles who lost 36 - 16 to Minnesota Vikings which puts them on a 3 game losing streak what do you have to say about that??
Jensen = I am starting to regret my prediction that the Eagles were a team to be reckon with and that their defense was their calling card to keep them in their games and help them win games.

reporter = lets talk about the Washington Redskins who beat San Diego Chargers 50-17 and virtue of their win over the Chargers have now a 4 game winning streak what do you have to say about that??
Jensen = shocked that they actually beat them by 33 points. way to go Washington. I just hope that they aren't going to continue to go on that winning streak or the division might be over for the rest of the teams.

reporter = knowing that the Philadelphia Eagles are your next opponent , you did talk about how great their defense is and predicted they would win the division with that defense how do you feel knowing your team will have to face them now??
Jensen = Boy am I going to regret that comment now that we will have to face them and somehow score on that team which is no small feat. it is going to take everything we have to just score 1 touchdown on them. Just hope we don't get in a shootout with them because we just don't have the firepower to hang with any of teams much less them.

reporter = knowing you have won 3 games this season that means you have a better record than 2018 and 2017 so far what do you make of that??
Jensen = what I make of that is if we had somehow win all 6 games so far this season we would have better record than 2018 , 2017 , 2015 and 2014 and that if we somehow won next week we could have a better record than every year would have which I think would go a long way of us getting to the playoffs. So really don't read a lot into our record and that we have a better record than certain years . Only time I would read a lot into it is if we had a better record where we could actually taste the playoffs for the first time.

reporter = there is some talk that you might not make it to your last 2 years of your contract what do you have to say about that??
Jensen = of course there is talk about I wont make it to the last 2 years of my contract which mainly is probably from the reporters/fans who don't like how our offense , defense and special teams play . To go even further with it the only time I would probably not last those 2 years left on my contract is if we made the playoffs I would retire , the owner decided he had enough of not making the playoffs to fire me , that I just decided it was time to retire because it was not fun anymore coaching this team , that another team wanted me as a coach or I decided I wanted to coach a new team where I would have new challenges to have to meet.

reporter = one last question out of all 16 games which game really surprised you??
Jensen = have to say the beat down that Seattle gave to San Francisco by the score of 50 - 7 which gives Seattle a 43 point winning margin. I really didn't see that score happening because I really doubted either team being that good or that bad to have a score like that happen.



Jensen = has a bounce in his step and is now looking forwards Philadelphia
reporters = now are wishing that this team somehow wins enough games to make the playoffs so they can choke in the playoffs this making the owner to fire his coach.
owner = is talking smack about the Eagles.
fans = are hoping they can see their team beat the Eagles next week.
Players = are working out and doing everything they can to get ready for next week against Eagles.
