as the title of the thread says Dallas wins their 3rd game of their season in their 13th game of the season 21-10 over the St. Louis Rams

reporter = Coach Robert Jensen some quick questions .
Jensen = yes

reporter = knowing you beat the St. Louis Rams by 11 points which you got your 3rd victory which now 2 of those victories came against the Eagles and 1 of those victories came against the Rams and eliminated the Rams from the playoff contention what do you have to say about that ??
Jensen = glad we eliminated the Rams from the playoff contention which is ironic in that we eliminated a team the 2nd week in a row.

reporter = lets talk about the New York Giants who lost to the Seattle Seahawks 34-9 which gives them a 25 point loss what do you make of that??
Jensen = Looks like the Giants are really making it hard for themselves to make the playoffs this year knowingly they are 1 game behind the Carolina Panthers for the last wildcard spot with only 3 games left to play . they cant let the Panthers to get to far ahead in that race or they could get eliminated before the regular season is over . Heck if the Giants lose next week to the Panthers I would imagine they would be done for in that they would be 2 games behind them with only 2 games left which wouldn't leave any room for error.

reporter = lets talk about the Philadelphia Eagles who beat the San Francisco 49ers by the score 29-21 which gives them a 8 point win what do you make of that??
Jensen = at least they showed they can bounce back from being eliminated from the playoffs and win their next game.

reporter = lets talk about the Washington Redskins who beat the Miami Dolphins 28-21 which gives them a 7 point win which gives them a 11 game winning streak what do you have to say about that??
Jensen = Man was that close I would imagine that was the closest win margin they have had in their wins . Almost makes you think next week they are going to have a let down.

reporter = knowing that Buffalo Bills are your next opponent , they are 4-9 on the season and if you were to beat them you could have the same record at 4-10 which would help you not get a top 10 draft pick in the upcoming draft is there any motivation to either win this game or maybe lose it and hopefully get a better draft pick??
Jensen = well I would like to think our all whole team would put the effort to win the game and not to lose it because really there is always a chance that someone we draft could replace a existing player on our team which in turn we would move on from that player awhile that player would have to find a new team to play for.

reporter = one quick question before our last question knowingly the Dallas Cowboys gave James Haney (linebackers coach) and Robert Jensen (head coach and you) new contracts where you both can stay for another 6 years what do you make of that??
Jensen = I would say that really the Cowboys decided to renew our contracts in that really they didn't want our contracts to infer with the contracts for the players we have that are on their last year of their contract for this year. Also just because we got new contracts doesn't mean that if there is a better coach that Dallas isn't going to try to get that coach. Just come find me when all the coaches have been hired for each team and the new season has started and if JH and me are still here or somewhere else.

reporter = one last question out of all 16 games which game really surprised you??
Jensen = I would have to go to the Atlanta Falcons - Denver Broncos game score which was 82-14 which gave Denver Broncos a 68 point winning margin which goes to show you why Denver is 12-1 awhile Atlanta is 2-11.


Jensen = cant believe that his team actually now has a 2 game winning streak though he thought maybe earlier in the season his team would have one just not this late in this season.
reporters = cant believe that the Cowboys actually did the impossible and eliminated their 2nd opponent in a row from the playoffs.
owner = is glad that his team is still showing life in that they haven't quit yet though this has been a trying season.
fans = cant believe that out of the 3 teams they decided to switch their allieance to and root for that only 1 is going to the playoffs (Vikings) awhile 2 of them are officially eliminated from the playoffs (Raiders and Saints)
