I have been in two CC games in the last few days, and both games my qb's looked like they had never played before, and the other teams qb's looked like world killers and could not miss a pass. My guys were lucky to be at 50% completions after a season where they did much better the entire season. Is it game planning that has to change for these big games or what? Also, if you look at my starters on defense, they are all world, but played horribly. I guess I will be dismantling the offense, not defense, as my defense is just too good to break up. Another year together should be good for them.

One more thing....I have no rule to go for it on 4th down in the 4th quarter and my team, only down by 2, went for it, a LONG fourth down, and in deep in our own territory. That basically cost me the game, as we actually tried to come back. All we needed to do was punt, plenty of time was left and we had all three timeouts, hold on def, like they had done the second half much better, and kick a FG to win by one point. Why would the coach go for it there, at that time, in that game situation without a rule to make it happen. I think my coach went rouge, and I may just have to fire him and restaff and start over with this team. I tried to keep it going from what the previous owner had built, but they are getting old and I am thinking I may blow it all up. I would like draft picks, as anyone on my team is available for the right price.

I know you're fairly new so perhaps you didn't know what you were doing last season but this team was in prime position to compete for many seasons to come, including two picks in the top 3 last draft if I remember correctly. The only reason the team could possibly be old is throwing away a considerable amount of draft capital on over the hill or mediocre players. It would be unfortunate to see the team have to rebuild now, but I wish you the best of luck. Just keep in mind as you go along that old players are very rarely worth high draft picks.

I learned that too late...I do not plan on doing anything with the def except try to add to it...I just need to get it better on offense. I just want to kind of make them my own. They did go 14-2 and lost the CC games 26-21 to Cleveland, so they are not bad, just the offense needs some help, in my opinion.
