I still can't re-sign any players...it's a struggle every off-season, even when far outmatching the players demands. Frustrating to draft a great player and lose him after four seasons because I can't figure out the trick to re-signing a player I want.

You have to make sure that there is room under your salary cap.

I assume that means for the current year...otherwise you have to let them go to free agency to sign them under next years $$$.
