Take a long term approach. Keep your picks. Don't deal them away like the past owners who have left the team semi-gutted. Trade the older guys (7-8 year exp and higher) away for what you can get and build through the draft and be dealing for younger guys. Read the main forum boards for what positions are important and how to value positions, because traditional football logic doesn't always translate to success in this game. Don't mortgage the farm for one star player like new players love to do.

wow i just noticed this last guy gave a player and 2 1st round draft picks for a draft pick and then picked a crappy kicker!

Wasn't the kicker an AI pick? I vaguely remember a discussion about it.

Looks like I will be the one benefitting from Arizona's struggles this season.

Well you can't run the ball because you're handing off to god awful slow HBs, I haven't looked at what plays you're running but most of the outside runs are terrible. The counters can be solid if the defense doesn't sell out to blitz and stop them.

You're taking a ton of sacks and struggling to throw the ball because your QB is a statue in the pocket.

Other than that there is a general lack of youth and talent on your roster. I've had rebuilding projects like that before, it just takes time to put together a roster that is capable of competing.

Lellow is someone you should definitely take advice from. His teams dominate in every league he is in. He's figured the Sim out and he is always happy to share insights, which is invaluable.

I've still yet to figure out what makes a quality QB, but the rest can easily be figured out why looking at powerhouse teams. Speed matters at every single position. I think it's a broken attribute but you need speed at LT, RT, DT, everywhere that common logic tells you that you can be slow you need to be fast. RB needs 80 or above or he's not worth putting back there. If your QB is slow he will ****.

Tank the season and build through the draft. Take best available and draft speed. Go to the community message boards and listen to what the greats have to say. Then.....game plan game plan game plan.

No point in him tanking this season, he doesn't have his 1st round pick.

Speed doesn't seem to matter all that much on the offensive line, people say it does but I've seen very little difference other than maybe some of the outside runs. I do try to get fast guy on the oline if I can though.
