To all Dallas Cowboys fans we regret to inform you that 4 people retired from the team which are Francisco White DT , Ralph Zamora SS , Ray Donovan TE's coach and Richard Wessels SLB

With that out of the way Robert Jensen will cover each one .

first up is DT Francisco White = https://mfn8.myfootballnow.com/player/1552
Reporter = so Jensen could you tell us how you feel about him retiring and what are your plans for the future for that position??
Jensen = well hopefully we can get another speed guy at this position because he was a 81 speedster which could make our front line miss that big time.
I cant believe he played 8 seasons though he played 6 years with St. Louis Rams and the last 2 with us.

next up is SS Ralph Zamora = https://mfn8.myfootballnow.com/player/2741
Reporter = so Jensen could you tell us how you feel about him retiring and what are your plans for the future for that position??
Jensen = Yet again hopefully we will get a speedster to replace this player.
shocked he only played 4 seasons though he played 2 years with Carolina and 2 with us which were the last 2.

next up is TE's coach Ray Donovan = https://mfn8.myfootballnow.com/coach/381
reporter = so Jensen could you tell us how you feel about him retiring and what are your plans for the future for that position??
Jensen = hopefully we will get a better Coach for our TE's because a 44-84 just screams that you really do **** as a coach.
do have to say surprised he was here from the get go from 2014 to 2021 would have thought he would have left long time.

last but not least SLB Richard Wessels = https://mfn8.myfootballnow.com/player/2075
Reporter = so Jensen could you tell us how you feel about him retiring and what are your plans for the future for that position??
Jensen = well again hopefully we will replace him with a speedster because he was a 75 speedster which could hurt our LB core if we don't have the speed there.
I cant believe this is the 2nd guy who played 8 seasons though he played 1 year with Kansas City , 5 years with Chicago and 2 years with us which were the last 2 he played.

reporter = have to ask this before we go any farther this is the 2nd season in a row a SLB has retired on you ( https://mfn8.myfootballnow.com/forums/thread/1/397?page=1#752 ) so should people be worried another could retire on you and are you not using them the right way and that's why they are retiring??
Jensen = well we seem just to have a run on SLBS retiring on us and that's all. Well I hope we are using them right in where they don't retire because of that fact.

Awhile we are at you also were able to hire 3 coaches before the Draft which are TE's coach Albert Bentley , Offensive Coordinator James Dejesus and Backfield coach Roger Johnson.

With that out of the way Robert Jensen will cover each one .

first up is TE's coach Albert Bentley = https://mfn8.myfootballnow.com/coach/1180
reporter = could you tell us little about him and what you hope he will do for you??
Jensen = well he hasn't coached at all at this level and really he is 33 years old so we hope he will stay here for awhile. I hope he will coach our TE's better than our retiree did.

next up is Offensive Coordinator James Dejesus = https://mfn8.myfootballnow.com/coach/142
reporter = could you tell us little about him and what you hope he will do for you??
Jensen = he comes from St. Louis Rams where he was the kickers coach with a 40-90 record and he is 41 years old so I would imagine he will stay around for at least 10 years for our team.
I hope he will do better as a OC than as Kickers coach where someone would try to hire him from us.

last but not least Backfield coach Roger Johnson = https://mfn8.myfootballnow.com/coach/37
reporter = could you tell us little about him and what you hope he will do for you??
Jensen = he comes from Cincinnati where he was the kickers coach with a 16-48 record and before that he was with Pittsburgh where he was 32-32-1. he is 45 years old so I would imagine we might get 6 years out of him.
I hope we can see if he will do better as a backfield coach than as a kicker's coach.
